to Make A Rainbow Ice Cream
Rainbow
ice cream is an invention
of ice cream because we usually eat ice cream which only has one colour and one
taste in one scoop. But now, we can taste every different colour and taste in one
scoop of ice cream. Rainbow ice cream makes our body healthy because its
components do not use preservative
and food coloring, it only uses fruit for its colour and taste.
You will need:
1. Blender
2. Pan
3. Containers
4. Stirring spoon
5. Stove
6. Avocado
7. Guava
8. Sapota
9. 2 egg
10. 2 teaspoons of sugar
11. 2 tins of condensed milk
12. 4 tins of liquid milks
13. 2 teaspoons of maizena
14. 1 teaspoon of vanilli.

Steps:
1. Take the flesh of the fruits.
2. Cut the fruits into small dices.
3. Blend each fruit and put every fruits into different containers.
4. Separate the yolk from the eggwhite. Mix the eggwhite with 2 teaspoons of sugar then stir it until the colour turn into white and add 1 teaspoon of vanilli.
5. Boil the condensed and liquid milk while stirring.
6. After it boils, add maizena which has been liquetied before and boil it again.
7. Then, turn off the stove and add the mixture of white egg into the milks. Stir it well.
8. Serve 3 pans and pour the blend to every pans, add each fruits into different pan.
9. Stir and boil it again.
10. Then, pour each mixtures into 3 containers and add chop fruits to be a topping.
11. Put it into freezer.
12. every 2 hours until 8 hours left, stir the ice cream.
13. If the ice cream has become gentle, place it into one container and the colours of the ice cream will look very fabulous.
14. The rainbow ice cream is ready to serve.
